4 tortillas, large (6 in a pack)
1 tub creme fraiche with bell pepper and chili, 13 %
3 pack deli meat, salami Milano
2 carrot, cut into think sticks
1 jar sundried tomatoes, cut into strips
2 grilled peppers (app. 4 in a jar), cut into strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 bag walnuts, crumbled
salt
black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread creme fraiche onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for easier rolling. Cover with slices of salami.
  2. Add carrot, sundried tomato, grilled peppers, red onion and walnuts in a line down the center of each tortilla. Add a little salt & pepper.
  3. Roll up!
