1 tub creme fraiche 34%
0.5 pack , chopped
1.5 mustard, Swedish hot & sweet
salt and pepper

1 water
0.5 , thinly sliced or fine dice
2 pack deli meat, ham, smoked, thinly sliced, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pack sliced cheese, Herrgård, mild hard cheese, cut into bite-size pieces
1 apple, medium dice
4 leaf , tear into rough pieces
4 tortilla large (6 in a pack)

Tips!

Instructions

  1. Whisk together creme fraiche, dill, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste in. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and 1 tablespoon water, whisking until combined. Add the onion, ham, cheese, apple and toss to coat.
  2. Place a romaine in the tortilla and pile the ham mixture in the middle of each wrap. Fold in the sides, then roll up the wraps.
