Ingredients

4 tortillas, large (6 in a pack)
0.5 tub cream cheese, Philadelphia
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 pack cherry tomatoes, fresh, halved
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 can beans, mixed beans, drained and rinsed
0.5 jar salsa/taco sauce, hot
salt
black pepper
1 bag grated cheese (can be excluded)

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese onto tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for easier rolling.
  2. Add bell pepper, tomato and red onion in a line down the center of each tortilla. Add a little salt & pepper.
  3. Spoon the cooked mixed beans over the veggies and drizzle with spicy salsa. Add grated cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Cut each wrap in half and serve!
