Spicy Bean Wrap
Mexican style wrap. Just make sure you pack cutting board, kitchen knife, a spoon and the ingredients easy to each and you can make it at your lunch spot.

Instructions
- Spread cream cheese onto tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for easier rolling.
- Add bell pepper, tomato and red onion in a line down the center of each tortilla. Add a little salt & pepper.
- Spoon the cooked mixed beans over the veggies and drizzle with spicy salsa. Add grated cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Cut each wrap in half and serve!
