Ingredients

1 pack pasta, fusilli
150 ml cream, heavy 40%
150 ml white wine
0.5 stock cube, fish (available in 1-pack)
salt
black pepper
2 tsp lemon, just the zest
1 pack cherry tomatoes, fresh, halved
1 pack chives, fresh, finely chopped
1 small bag greens, baby spinach (65 g in a bag)
3 pack salmon/lox, cold-smoked, cut into broad strips

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta. Add just a little oil so it doesn't stick while making sauce.
  2. Simmer heavy cream, white wine and fish stock. Add salt, pepper and lemon zest. Cook down to a good consistency pasta sauce. Taste & adjust.
  3. Fold in tomatoes, chives and spinach. Mix with pasta and serve with smoked salmon.
