Ingredients

1 tblsp olive oil
1 pack Sausages, Salsiccia (cooked, not fresh), cut on the slant in 1 cm pieces (can be substituted for fresh salsiccia until day 3)
1 zucchini, cut in half length-wise, and then sliced in 1 cm pieces
1 tub creme fraiche 34%
100 ml white wine (can be substituted for water)
0.5 pot basil, fresh, roughly chopped
100 ml olives, black, kalamata, halved
salt
black pepper
85 gram parmesan Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1.5 pack pasta, fusilli

Instructions

  1. Fry salsiccia and zuchini in oil in a frying pan, 3-4 mins. Add garlic, fry another minute.
  2. Add cream fraiche, white wine, olives, salt & pepper. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Add fresh basil. Taste & adjust.
  3. Boil pasta. Add sauce and parmesan and mix.
