We're beyond excited to invite you to our very first wildlife safari! It'll be a really special experience - kayaking in the outer archipelago sighting Grey seals and an abundance of birds.

This is an early summer tour, 5-9 June, the very best time to observe wildlife in Saint Anna! Grey seals gave birth to their pups back in February-March, and they are now ready to hunt for food on their own. These magnificent animals can often be seen sunbathing on flat rocks close to the open sea, which is a real treat!

The middle and outer archipelago are breeding grounds for no less than thirty-five coastal birds, Most of them hatched their chicks in April-May, and the area is teeming with birdlife. Spotting predatory birds like White-tailed eagles, Ospreys, Great Cormorants or Arctic Skuas is a delight! Other typical species out here are Razorbills, Black guillemots, Oystercatchers, Ruddy turnstones, Velvet scoters, Eiders and Tufted ducks. And of course all kinds of gulls and terns.

This is a collab with Wild Sweden who are sending their most experienced wildlife guide, and yours truly will lead this unique kayaking expedition!

If you haven't heard of Wild Sweden, check them out! They offer amazing wildlife tours in the wintertime observing reindeer, moose and even lynx in their natural habitat. In the summertime you can tag along for moose, beaver and bear safaris. They're a big name in Sweden, not just for their wildlife expertise, but also for their extraordinary efforts to spread the gospel of eco-tourism and their involvement in an array of projects to conserve biodiversity in our beautiful Swedish forests.
