Ingredients

2 tblsp olive oil
4 clove garlic (fresh or pressed in jar), finely chopped
2 can tomatoes, canned whole cherry tomatoes
salt
black pepper
1 can beans, cannellini
0.25 tsp rosemary, dried
1 pot basil, fresh, coarsley chopped
1.5 pack pasta, fusilli
85 gram parmesan Parmigiano Reggiano, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  2. Add the tomatoes, dried rosemary, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 mins. Add the beans and fresh basil and stir until they are heated through.
  3. Note! Always taste your food and adjust. Maybe a Tabasco, a few drops of vinegar, a little sugar or honey, salt & pepper. It should be quite salty to properly flavour the pasta.
  4. Boil pasta.
  5. Mix with sauce. Top with parmesan.
