Tuscan White Bean Pasta
Super easy vegetarian pasta dish that can be made towards the end of your trip.

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Add the tomatoes, dried rosemary, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 mins. Add the beans and fresh basil and stir until they are heated through.
- Note! Always taste your food and adjust. Maybe a Tabasco, a few drops of vinegar, a little sugar or honey, salt & pepper. It should be quite salty to properly flavour the pasta.
- Boil pasta.
- Mix with sauce. Top with parmesan.
