Fresh Strawberries with Whipped Cream

Swedish strawberries are the best! In season June until mid-july.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tblsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt (free of charge section)
  • 1 liter fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Prep the strawberries. take of greens and slice in half. 
  • Add sugar and just a tiny oinch of salt to cream. Whisk until good consistency. 
  • Serve fresh strawberries with whipped cream.
