Regular heavy cream for whipping last a couple of days, use lactose-free for your 3-4 day.

- 8-16 pancakes pancakes come in 8-pack ('cakes' section)
- 200-300 ml cream for whipping, regular or lactose-free
- pinch of salt (free of charge section)
- 2-4 tblsp sugar
- 1 jar strawberry jam
Add sugar and just a pinch of salt to your cream, whip.
Heat up pancakes in frying pan.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberry jam.
