Swedish Pancakes

Regular heavy cream for whipping last a couple of days, use lactose-free for your 3-4 day.

  • 8-16 pancakes pancakes come in 8-pack ('cakes' section)
  • 200-300 ml cream for whipping, regular or lactose-free
  • pinch of salt (free of charge section)
  • 2-4 tblsp sugar
  • 1 jar strawberry jam


  • Add sugar and just a pinch of salt to your cream, whip.
  • Heat up pancakes in frying pan.
  • Serve with whipped cream and strawberry jam.
