Spicy Sriracha Tuna Wrap

Servings: 2 people
- 1 can tuna in oil or water drained
- 4 tblsp sriracha mayonnaise, or regular mixed with sambal oelek
- 0.5 each red onion finely diced, 60 ml
- 2 rib celery finely diced, 60 ml
- salt and pepper (free of charge section)
- 200 ml kale shredded
- 2 large tortillas
Combine tuna, mayo, onion and celery in a bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Top each tortilla with shredded kale and tuna salad. Fold in edges and roll up. Cut in half.
