Spicy Sriracha Tuna Wrap

  • 1 can tuna in oil or water drained
  • 4 tblsp sriracha mayonnaise, or regular mixed with sambal oelek
  • 0.5 each red onion finely diced, 60 ml
  • 2 rib celery finely diced, 60 ml
  • salt and pepper (free of charge section)
  • 200 ml kale shredded
  • 2 large tortillas


  • Combine tuna, mayo, onion and celery in a bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste. 
  • Top each tortilla with shredded kale and tuna salad. Fold in edges and roll up. Cut in half.
