Pesto Pasta Salad

Prepare pasta salad before you set off in the morning. If you had pasta for dinner last night, make some extra and toss with a little olive oil.

  • 450 grams pasta, penne or fusilli
  • 1 jar green pesto to taste
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes halved
  • 170 grams mozarella cubed
  • 100 grams pine nuts or chopped walnuts
  • salt and pepper (free of charge section)


  • Boil pasta. Toss with pesto and let cool. 
  • Mix in rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust.
