- 175 grams ricotta
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2-3 tblsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon (free of charge section)
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar (can be excluded)
- 1 jar cloudberry jam
- Add sugar and just a tiny pinch of salt to heavy cream. Whisk cream until you get soft peaks. Fold in ricotta, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
- Serve with cloudberry jam.
